I asked if they have carrom board pieces and they told me yes and sent me a picture of it, I say I’ll come by and pick it up, they send me their business card and address, I come to the address and they go and try to find it in the back with messes or boxes for over 5 minutes and couldn’t find it, complete waste of time and gas, disorganized company.

Awful and unethical bait and switch tactics. Lost $1000 on an order that was supplied with not agreed to materials. Refused to take accountability or exchange them even though his son could clearly see the materials were not usable. Logo printing came upside down and they expected for us to still pay for it. Dogi material is so thin it is see through, you see students undergarments through it is so bad. It is also cut all wrong and intentionally narrow not to agreed specs to save on their cost. Gloves tear after minimal use, stitching on protective equipment fails easily, materials used are poor along with workmanship and they will not take accountability or returns once they have your money. Go anywhere else.
