Perfectly good boxing shoe at a reasonable price. I use these flat boots in the gym for all my exercise including Fit Boxing. I love the security of ankle support and knowing that I can make lateral moves without rolling off of a high sole. Of course a boxing shoe does not give the cushion of other athletic shoes, but it gives you max stability and agility.
